  • 40% distinction in a semester for the subject taught - Rs.20,000
  • 50% distinction in a semester for the subject taught - Rs.25,000
  • 100% pass percentage in a semester for the subject taught - Rs.15,000
  • 10 student papers published in conferences in a semester - Rs.15,000
  • Potential semester minimum earnings Rs.75,000 / Rs,1,50,000 per annum

 

Research orientation:

  • Technical papers published in journals with impact rating of 3 - Rs.3,000 (2 papers in a semester)
  • Technical papers published in journals with impact rating above 3 - Rs.5,000 (Unlimited papers in a semester)
  • International Conference papers published in Reputed University, trade - Registration fee + TA + Rs.5,000
  • Potential semester minimum earnings - Rs. 35,000 / Rs.70,000 per annum

 

Knowledge dissemination:

  • Seminars organized with 4 panel members (Professor from University, 2 from industry and 1 professor from other college) for the subject – Rs.5,000
  • Conference organized where a minimum of 40 faculty technical papers from outside and 60 student technical papers from outside participation - Rs.50,000 for the organizing team
  • College technical festival where at least 25 colleges participate - Rs.50,000 to the organizing team.
  • Bringing industry faculty specified in teaching plan with pre approval - Rs.2,000
  • Bringing Professor from the University or reputed colleges specified in the teaching plan with pre approval - Rs.3,000
  • Potential semester minimum earnings - Rs.20,000 / Rs.40,000 per annum

  • For university program attendance - Rs.2,000
  • For programs attended else where - Rs.3,000

  • Transforming an academically weak, bad attitude student by informing in a semester for 2 students Rs.5,000
  • Hand holding 2 junior faculty in a semester informing the management, with result Rs.10,000
